   How to raise your self-esteem

"No-one can make you feel inferior.  Without your consent."

Eleanor Rosevelt.

Most people are 85% negative in their thoughts, and words they say.  We think 4 times faster than we speak, and so constantly bombard ourselves with negativity.

By the time we reach puberty we start to compare ourselves with other people.  Our inner critical voice talks to us and tells us we are too tall, too short, too fat, too thin, our hair is too curly or to straight.  We will never be good enough.

With this, our self-esteem takes a nose dive and we don't like ourselves.

There is a direct correlation between high self esteem and people who become high achievers, top sales people and top mangers.

In this powerful, humorous, motivational speech, Glenn will let you into the secrets of what we are really like, and how we have the power to raise our self esteem and like ourselves; feel good about the way we are, and achieve more from life.

What's the Corporate Message?

Your critical inner voice is your self-talk, which hinders your personal and business life.  Most people programme themselves to fail.  It's just as easy to programme yourself to succeed.  Start by asking "How can we solve this", instead of, "We've got a problem."
